Sun Auto Tire & Service

I have been a customer here for a few years and I've never been disappointed. The service is always timely, straightforward, and the cost isn't outrageous. The management has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. During my last visit there I witnessed techs and management show extreme kindness and patience with two patrons who are closer to their 80s.. nowadays most place lack that. I have always received quality and fair service on my vehicle over the years. The waiting area is super comfy and I love the indoor play area if you have kiddos with you.

I had an awesome first-time experience with Sun Auto Tire and Service on Virginia Parkway here in McKinney, Texas! Flawless scheduling through their online system, extremely professional throughout the whole process, kept me very informed of the progress, and highly competitive pricing! Very much appreciated Josh (actually from another store who was filling in that day), who checked me in and let me know everything that they would be doing with recommendations at the end. Went superbly! Also would like to thank Austin, whom I had called the day before with questions on their services and hours. Excellent support and service from all team members! Thanks again, and I will be back!

I honestly can’t recommend this auto shop enough! The biggest reason I keep coming back is the amazing kids’ play area. As a parent, it’s such a relief to let my kids play while I relax, read, and wait without worrying about keeping them entertained. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They never pressure you into unnecessary services and actually look for coupons and discounts to help you save money, which means so much to me on a fixed income. I also love that they text a full diagnostic report with photos and recommendations, so I always know exactly what’s going on with my vehicle. A special thank you to Detroit for his outstanding customer service. He was personable, professional, and made the entire experience stress-free. Clean facility, comfortable waiting area, honest service, and a family friendly atmosphere. This is hands down my go to auto shop!

I never look forward to taking my vehicle in for service, but when I do, I know I’m in good hands with these guys. They’ve been maintaining my vehicle for the past four years, and they’ve always been honest, fair, and professional. The quality of their work has been consistently excellent, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop you can truly trust. I highly recommend them!
